Our Mission and Our Team
Arena Flowers was set up in early 2006, when we got fed up with the level of service and product quality available from online flower shops and decided someone should try to do it better. Our mission is to provide our customers with an excellent quality product at a fair price (fair to the customer, fair to us and fair to the grower), all with first-class service and absolute attention to detail. If we do this well, we believe we will make both the sender and the receiver happy and that will make us happy too.
Our team has vast experience in the world of flowers and flower delivery, plus we found some brainy boffins to help us build the site. We hope you like it. We are continuously trying to improve the site and our service, so that we can keep offering the absolute best to our customers. We have a few ideas for new features and products that we think our customers might like but we’d love to hear from you with any ideas or other thoughts (feedback@arenaflowers.com). Don’t be shy!
