Thank you very much for your good service. My mother was very happy and loved her pink orchid. I and my husband greatly appreciated that the flowers were delivered before 12:00 as per my instructions. That made me think about using your service on other occasions (valentines, mother day etc.).

I am just letting you know how pleased I was with the yellow roses that you delivered to my Mum yesterday.
She was 81 yesterday and is quite ill; I live in Perth, Western Australia, so contact with my family is always very special. This birthday was even more important because she may not be here next year.
The flowers that were delivered were almost exactly as I had pictured them from your catalogue ( my Dad sent me photos!). They were perfectly fresh and beautifully presented, in a large protective box and surrounded by green foliage and bright cellophane.
The delivery was also within the hours I had specified.
Thanks; it meant a lot to us all. We shall certainly use Arena again.
