I wanted to let you know that Will Wynne and the entire team at Arenaflowers.com have provided exceptional service. I live in the United States and trying to reach someone in the UK is hard, especially with the time difference. The staff that you have in place has made my transactions incredibly easy. It was not just the ease, but their ability to be creative that made me realize this company knows what they are doing. I utilized a different online vendor the first week my girlfriend was in the UK. It was hard to get in touch with them and confirm that the order was sent and delivered. After that first order, I tried Arenaflowers.com. I got the confirmation and was able to chat with them with Skype when I had questions. That type of service made me feel very comfortable working with them. Since my girlfriend is there for almost 7 weeks, I want to make her feel at home and know that she is truly a special woman in my life. Mr. Wynne made several suggestions after discussing with his team, so that she would not have the same thing sent to her each week. It was not something that was expected. Not just the typical service of taking the order, but being creative enough to take my situation and provide great ideas. She loves the flowers that have been sent. I am guaranteed a phone call when she gets the beautiful arrangements. I owe thanks to the entire staff at your company. They are definitely a group that goes above and beyond in customer service. I asked my husband to order the flowers for me and as expected he ordered the wrong item, somehow my request for a colourful mix of flowers turned into red carnations, never mind.
