Jackie, I really appreciate you trying to arrange the tulip bouquet anyway and I also appreciate you taking the time to let me know. Thanks for being proactive and sending something to my godmother anyway as yes I would have been REALLY disappointed if nothing had got to her as she did my wedding cake for our wedding in the summer so I desperately wanted her to get something today on her birthday, so well done!!! A fantastic service. I ordered online at 2pm. for delivery to Devon. I was rung at 2.15pm and told the actual bouquet couldn't be delivered that day - I asked for an alternative bouquet rather than next day delivery. I was rung back and told what flowers would be sent instead and that they would be sent by taxi and then the grateful recipients rang in the evening to say that it was the most beautiful bouquet of flowers they had ever received.

Thanks for the great service. The flowers I'd ordered for my Grandmother's birthday arrived promptly and she was delighted by the range of flowers in the bouquet. Ordering from your website was very easy and I liked the fact I could type in the address as I had previously tried to order flowers through the interflora, tesco, next and debanhams flower web sites and the address didn't come up when I entered the postcode, so thanks for not over-complicating the process.

Having placed an order at approx 7.15pm 20/11/06 I was not sure if the delivery would be made for the following day, but at 3.15pm 21/11/06 I received a text stating the flowers had been delivered.
