Just to let you all know that N was absolutely delighted with her flowers. I cant remember her being so pleased with flowers as much before, so the impact they had was all the more important to me as I'm stuck in Afghanistan with The Royal Air Force for a while.

You were very kind to organise the most beautiful freesia bouquet for my wife's 60th birthday celebrations on 13 January.
The superb bouquet was there waiting for my wife at Claridge's when we arrived. It was brought to the table and immediately caused tears to flow (for all the right reasons!!). The bouquet was made up of the most beautiful freesias ever (my wife's favourite flower) and a work of art in itself. The flowers were much admired by all those around us too. Heather kept the flowers for over a week at home in pride of place in the lounge.

I purchased the Red Sky at Night flowers for my friends 50th birthday. She had other bunches of flowers but said the ones from me stood out and got the most compliments. She said she walked in from work with two bouquets of flowers and her boyfriend pointed at the ones from me and said "those flowers are superb".
Thank you very much, Sue is going to take some photos of the flowers to show me when I go up to visit her next. She said there were beautiful roses and lilies and flowers she did not even recognise. She said there were so many flowers and no filling up with lots of greenery that you get with some bouquets.

I'm living in Africa - Angola, a very long way from UK. I´ve a daughter studing in Sheffield University. She is 18 Years old and it is the first time she is away from the family, in a different environment; she loves flowers and what to do in order to present her with something that she adores:flowers;

I ordered two bouquets with you to be delivered for Christmas. Living overseas I didn't get to see the flowers but I received two phone calls from the recipients saying how wonderful they were. Living in Japan, it`s not easy when it comes to sending flowers back home to England...or that`s what I thought. When my Dad was in hospital for an operation recently, I wondered what I could do to cheer him up, being so far away. That`s when I discovered ARENA flowers! with it`s user-friendly web-site, nothing could be simpler!

My sister has had a big operation just prior to New Year and didn’t tell any of her siblings about it until it was all over. I just wanted to thank you for your outstanding execution of my order.
The flowers were delivered to my mother exactly as specified and were, apparently "gorgeous".
Living abroad, it is important to me to know that a supplier can be trusted with my order as it has to be done right the first time.

I definitely wanted to comment on my first experience with Arena Flowers.
I couldn't have been happier with all aspects of this order. Since I was ordering from Canada, I anticipated some challenges, but it was simple. I should tell you I started the process with FTD and was amazed that on international orders they only offer three options of bouquets, none of which was suitable.
As soon as I contacted you folks it all unfolded easily and pleasantly. I'm sorry I'm not sure if it was Ruth or not, but the person who took the order was a delight to deal with. Both extremely efficient and pleasant. Both the order and delivery confirmations were prompt and appreciated.
When I heard from the recipient, he was overwhelmed with how beautiful the arrangement was.
Thanks so much, you are a wonderful company and I hope I have the opportunity of ordering from you again. You will certainly be recomended to any friends in need of your service.

Thank you for your email Amita. Yes my sister did receive her flowers
and she was really delighted with them. She said they cheered her up
and made her smile each time she looked at them. Which is exactly
what I wanted. She also said they caused quite a stir when they arrived
as the packaging was so impressive!

I arranged for flowers to be sent to my sister for her 50th birthday.
When she rang me she was over the moon with the lilly arrangement said they were fabulous and hadn’t seen flowers like that before.
I have told her where they came from and we will both be using you again.

Just a thank you for the flowers sent.
Although the occasion was a sad one for D she was extremely pleased with such beautiful arrangement.
Here I quote from part of the email sent to me
'Many thanks for the lovely flowers that arrived Thursday,these were taken to ---------- s home and placed on the table where the food for after the service was displayed.
At the end of the day the flowers were distributed to members of the family so they could be taken home.I attach a picture so you can see how nice they are.'

Never having used your sevice before, we were a little apprehensive. We sent Christmas flowers and gifts to Mom for Christmas, and received a phone call from her to say she had never seen such a beatiful arrangement, and it was delivered exactely as requested, with great care. Thank you so much for bridging the gap between us, especially at this special time of year. Your delivery was right on schedule and made everyone very happy.
