The flowers delivered were very well arranged, she loved the black wrapping, when I saw them I was very impressed, the service was also efficient and satisfactory. I was happy with the outcome so thankyou for that.

I ordered flowers on Friday evening for my friend Mrs Pat Smith to be delivered today. They arrived first thing this morning, and Pat was absolutely delighted with them. She said how beautiful the arrangement was, and was very impressed with the way they were packaged.

I used your website this morning at around 9.30am to order and deliver flowers to my wife at her office for her birthday today. Although you stipulated on your website that delivery was guaranteed on the same day before 6pm for orders made in the morning, I was slightly concerned that the flowers might not reach my wife before she leaves the office this afternoon. Lo and behold, and to my wife's delight, you delivered the flowers at around 12.15pm. I was also promptly informed of the delivery by text and e-mail. Kudos for providing a very efficient and reliable service!
