I would just like to say my friend was absolutely delighted with her flowers and get well balloon, they cheered her up a lot as she has had a new baby and then had to have a very big operation , so the flowers were sent just at the right time .

I would like to say that the efficiency in which you carry out your deliveries is second to none. Also I used you at Christmas to send flowers to family in the UK (I live in Portugal) and they were absolutely thrilled with them and again the delivery was fantastic - exactly when they were asked for. My Mum was so impressed with the flowers I ordered she just would not stop talking about them and how well they were packaged and that they were beautifullly arranged, she was even more impressed with the way the flowers that normally go limp (I do not know what they are called) were wired to hold them up, it was this attention to detail that impressed her most. I will definatley be ordering more flowers from you.

I had problems ordering on the website and after my 3rd unsuccessful attempt decided to call. I wish I had the ladies name who took my order because she was absolutely lovely and the whole ordering process was an enjoyable experience!
The flowers were for my Mum, Mother In-Law and Grandma and they all came back to me to say what beautiful flowers they were!

What a find your company is!
A wonderful bouquet was delivered to my wife at work the same day I ordered it, with the absolute minimum of hassle - remarkable considering that I acccidentally addressed it to myself, and had to phone Arena to divert it at the last minute! It all went without a hitch, she was delighted, and the flowers are superb quality.

Just to let you know my mother was thrilled with her flowers. She said they came in a huge box and beautifully packaged and in such a way that she could put them directly in her vase without disturbing the arrangement. Just wanted to say Thank you for your very prompt and apparently very beautiful delivery of flowers.
I ordered these on Weds for my friend who has just been promoted with a 8am-6pm delivery time.

After searching the net I came across your site and was instantly impressed by the logical and easy to use order system, and the fact that information was easily found.
However, what really stands out is how efficient you have been (delivered in around 90 minutes from order confirmation) and the value for money compared to your competition. Of course, very importantly it made my girlfriends day as well!

I sent flower and champagne to my brothers 30th birthday. And he got them on time to his desk, so he called and was very happy for the attention from his family in Norway.
It was easy to shop through the website, and I loved that I had the possibility to buy champagne as well with the flowers. Don’t think we can do that in Norway yet.

I was very pleased with the flowers that you sent for my mothers friend Dorothy's funeral. My mother lives in an old peoples home and therefore couldn't order flowers herself. As the flowers were sent to the home she could saw them before the funeral which brought her some comfort.

I just wanted to thank you for your delivery. The delivery guy was really nice, the recipient wasn't at home at the time he delivered them, but he put them in a safe place that I didn't specify but that I was actually thinking about this morning as a safe place!, and apparently waited in his van and approached her when she got home and showed her where he put the flowers. The

Just thought I’d take moment and thank you for the great service I received when I contacted your customer service number.
I spoke with a very helpful lady regarding some flowers I wanted to send to my mother in-law and I wasn’t sure if I could as I’m located in Sydney Aust.
The lady than advised she could take the order than and there If I knew what I was after, to which I had NO CLUE at all.
She than advised me of your website where I could view the flowers and make my purchase from my work the next day to which I did first thing the next morning
48hrs later I received a call from a very excited Mary Cooke who told me they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever seen EVER (and coming from someone who loves her garden that was a huge compliment)

Despite me dilly-dallying until nearly 3pm, lovely fresh flowers were delivered to my newly-promoted friend before 5.30 the same day.
I knew they'd got there thanks to a call from her which began: "YOU ARE SO NAUGHTY!!!"
Your website was easy to use and I appreciated having the ability to track the order, but the thing I most appreciated was that the delivery was free. Other florists, some just round the corner from the recipient address, wanted to charge £7 for delivery!
The next time I want to send flowers you'll be my first port of call and I won't hesitate to recommend you to my friends too.

This is the second time I have used your company to send flowers to my fiancee. I live in Canada and she lives in London, UK. It is hard shopping online (not to mention 5 hours behind you) as one often does not really know what to expect and let's face it, when you are paying in pounds everything is double the price! So thank you for the fast delivery and the quality of your products, you made her and I very happy yet again! I was thinking just the other day how I would order more from you if you did the occasional 20% off or something like that on all products for clients who order from you frequently and voila, there is a newsletter offering 15% off.
I almost used interflora, but thought it may be better to chose a florist outright rather than take the gamble, and I am glad I did.

This was the first time that I ordered from your company. I usually order from a florist here in the states and they wire it to another florist in England.
I spoke with the recipient of the rose in the vase and balloon and she said that they were lovely. She was very pleased with the quality and presentation of the rose in the vase. I would highly recommend your establishment to anyone.

Just wanted to give you some feedback on my order. Your company was defiantly one of the more expensive that I found on the internet but was the only one able to do same day delivery. I ended up paying about £10 more than I intended to but the bunch of flowers that were delivered were the most beautiful bunch of roses I have ever seen! I was incredibly impressed by the quality of what was sent and would have no hesitation in using you again or recommending you as the added cost was definitely justified in the quality of product and the service (being able to deliver same day). Also having the delivery cost built into the price of the flowers was great as I hate reading prices and then having to add on a whole lot of extra charges – it just puts me right off!
