I sent a bottle of Port to My Dad for his 85th Birthday. I was so pleased to discover Arena flowers as I live in Canada and needed a florist I could rely on. I have used your service three times before and have been very satisfied with both the product and the service. My Dad was thrilled, the Bottle of Port was apparently beautifully packaged and arrived with the Balloon and card at about lunch time. Both of my parents commented on your delivery man, they said he is a "ray of sunshine with a lovely smile" just the type of person to deliver a little happiness to people! Sending my parents a bouquet for their ruby weddings">wedding anniversary was quite important and I chose yourselves because I needed to send some white carnations which had been in my mum's weddings">wedding bouquet. It all worked brilliantly and my parents were over the moon with the gorgeous bouquet which they said was absolutely wonderful with lots of flowers and excellent instructions about how to look after them. Thank you for such an excellent service. She phoned me shortly after and was totally impressed and said to me they must have cost a fortune . She couldnt stop going on about how beautiful they were . In my opinion the service couldnt have been any better. To be honest there is nothing I can say that would help your service in any way that you havent mastered already . The price's are well and truly fair, the delivery price is cheap and the service was fantastic . I spent a long time browisng the net to find the right price and the right flowers that could be delivered as quick as possible. I have to also say that a lot of the other flower sites are an absolute headache trying to find anything. People want simple and easy web navigation not all round the houses . Look for flowers find the flowers buy the flowers job done . It was even easier than me going out and buying them and taking them to her myself . Plus the added bonus of every lady loves flowered delivered by a company. I live in Canada and recently visited my sister in London. When I got home, I went to my local florist and asked to send some flowers to my sister in the UK. The woman there said that there was a minimum order of $75 (which was alright) but that there would also be a $33 extra fee as well as taxes. I decided to see what I could order online, direct from a London florist. I soon found Arena flowers and saw that you had a very good selection, high quality flowers and arrangements, and I felt that the overall merchandising at your site was very well done. I chose a dozen roses, for what I had originally been intending to spend, with free delivery, and the following day received an e-mail from my sister to say "thank you so much for the beautiful peach roses!" The timing of the delivery was perfect - I happened to be on the phone to my parents when it arrived. They were absolutely delighted, and amazed at the superb quality of the flowers. My mother said she had never seen such a beautiful array of colours in a bouquet before. Even the packaging got a mention for its quality! My parents (and my own family) are all upset that we couldn't be together for their 50th Anniversary. However, the wonderful surprise they got from the delivery of flowers helped, in some way, to make up for it. It was a great way of expressing that my wife and I, and our kids, are thinking of them and missing them - from their reaction, I saw that it did that. I placed my order at around 10:30 on friday (15/6/07) for delivery by 5pm. About half an hour later, I discovered that my fiancee was leaving work at 3pm to attend another appointment. I called back and spoke to Vanessa, explaining the situation. Vanessa assured me that even though there was no guarantee, she would try her utmost to ensure that delivery was made by 3pm. Recently my husbands uncle passed away, we live in Australia so only one of us could fly back to the UK for the funerals">funeral. I wanted to show my support to our family with flowers, I called many local florist that were simply unable to help at such short notice (2 days). It was just after the last bank holiday. Normally I would go to a florist to see and choose the flowers I wish to send, but your company has proven it's capability to provide a service on-line. I don't think I've ever been more impressed with a flower delivery service quite like I have with Arena flowers. I do a lot of online flower orders in many countries, and Arena has just topped my list. Arena rightfully puts back the warmth and friendliness that has been lost from the rigid automated service of online shopping. On most other websites, I feel so lost and helpless. But here, it's really delightful to feel greeted at every step, be given the opportunity to make various personalisations, prompt service, and gosh I've never seen a delivery confirmation e-mail sent so soon after delivery! Most of all, the happiness and satisfaction of the recipient at the day makes it all the more memorable. My sister told me how she loved the professionalism of the delivery. Khairul A

On Tuesday I decided I wanted to send some flowers to a friend of mine in the Cambridge area (I am in Israel). I googled for florists and came across your website.
