Extremley happy with the quick and efficient service. An excellent service and great quality product. This is the first time we have used Arena. We live in Oz and used the site to deliver wedding anniversary flowers to mum and dad in Leicester. The tracking system was very effective. Mum and dad have emailed a picture of the flowers and they look great. Great to be able to write own message and attach photos etc. We were very impressed and pleased with the whole thing.

I first heard about your company when my boyfriend sent me the most fantastic bouquet of flowers ever a few months ago, so I decided to visit your website to send my grandmother some birthday flowers. As I am so far away from my family, flowers are a great way to keep in touch, I can say Happy Birthday or get well soon and it’s quicker than sending a card! I order flowers regularly through different companies and used your company yesterday as my mother was taken ill suddenly. She phoned to say how lovely they were and the best she had received so far. I ask her to be honest as flowers are not cheap and I like them to reflect the price I pay. It was great that I could track the delivery and I knew she had received them before she phoned me, giving me piece of mind they had arrived. I will definitely use your service next time.

Thanks for a good experience when I sent flowers through you to my Aunt near Christchurch.
She told my mother that the scent of those flowers filled the whole house. I was pleased, as my uncle had just died and the scent of the flowers would remind her of our thinking of her all the time.
It was also a good experience in two other ways. Firstly it was easy for me to amend the delivery address, and secondly it was great to have the time of delivery sent by email. As I live in New Zealand this is very reassuring. Will use your service again for English deliveries.

I would like to add my special thanks to the service you provide, when I booked my order I asked for a Monday delivery, but on the Saturday my wife told me she was not in work until Wednesday, now despite my order already being processed, you changed the delivery date at the last minute - what a great service.

Thank you for delivering the beautiful flowers to my Mom for her Birthday today. I called to wish her a happy birthday around 9am Uk time, and the flowers arrived as we spoke. It is hard for me being so far away, I live in Brisbane Australia, to send her something nice when I have not seen them myself. She was thrilled with the flowers and described them to me. I really liked using your website as the pictures gave a good indication of what I was sending, I realise that they may change slightly if the flowers shown were not in season.

I would just like to say thank you to Arena Flowers for helping to make my Aunt’s birthday very special. She was so pleased with her flowers, and from the description she gave me, it sounds like she got what I ordered. As she was not in when the flowers were delivered, I had instructed that you try her next door neighbour who was also out, so your delivery personnel used their initiative and left the flowers in a hidden area with a note put in the letterbox for her. As I live in Ireland, it is not always so convenient to organise a gift at such short notice, but you did exactly what you said you would. You made her very happy which made me very happy!!

I was really worried about the order... was it delivered or not, what was the quality of flowers, was the card attached or not....
but now I can see that you do your best! And the customer service is excellent! I've ordered flowers before with other online companies - but the communication was really bad.

I would like to thank you for the amazing flowers that were sent to my mother recently. Not only were they plentiful but the packaging was reusable. It would have been a huge disappointment to her if on leaving the hospital she could not have taken the flowers home with her.
