This is an email just to tell you about the wonderful lady you have working for you called Jackie. Jackie was an absolute star. I ordered my flowers on Friday morning and foolishly I forgot to state that I would need them delivered by 5pm. I rang and spoke to Jackie at 4.15pm telling her my problem. Firstly she was so lovely on the phone and was willing to help me to try to get my flowers to my girlfriend on time. She rang me back after speaking to the delivery person and informed me due to traffic they were unable to deliver by 5pm. She then offered to re schedule the delivery for Monday morning. Firstly to speak to some one who is not just so worried about the customer but took such personal interest in my situation is an absolute pleasure, and even if she was unable to reschedule, just the way she tried to help is a real credit to your company. But her offer to re organize the delivery was an absolute shock and lovely surprise. If your company is able to employ more people like this lovely and sweet lady, you should try your hardest. For your company to offer such services is a guarantee that you will have returning custom from me for years to come. Please pass on my absolute thanks and gratitude to this beacon of customer service called Jackie, and well done to you and your team for such amazing service (and not causing me to waste £35) (I have worked in customer service for 6 years and Jackie is a rare and precious gem) Jackie, if you do have the opportunity to see this email, thank you so much for your kindness and generosity.
