Today you delivered flowers to my aunt, Margaret Hawtin. Apparently they were wonderful.
I was impressed by the service: I had made an error in my order that was spotted by the person preparing it.
They called me to check and the mistake was corrected. The delivery time was perfect.

My daughter, Tania Cooper, was absolutely delighted with the Bird of Paradise arrangement delivered yesterday early morning before she had to go out. She has sent me pictures, and I, too, am delighted.

I shall certainly use Arena Flowers next time I need to send flowers and shall recommend your company to others.

Sending flowers to someone is always a risky business - I have been saddened on occasions by those delivered to me by couldn't-care-less florists who don't have to face their paying customer and know the recipient will not wish to upset the giver - hence my wish (when I contacted Arena Flowers by phone and spoke to Ruth) to talk to the florist who would, I thought, be making the arrangement. Ruth's assurance and help in choosing certainly paid off. Thank you Ruth.

Interflora are a complete bunch of frickin idiots. A company as big as they are and their webshite is completely useless.

You really know how to deliver. My daughter says the flowers are lovely, extremely well presented and she was very very happy with them.
She was 21 years old and I could not be there so it was important to present her with a really nice bouquet of flowers.

On other occasions I have used an international company and they do not come close to the service you provide.

Yes, you were absolutely right Barbara was delighted she rang me to thank me just after they were delivered, even though she is a very sick lady. Her call to me was I have just had this beautiful vase of flowers delivered what a wonderful surprise. The flowers did exactly what I had intended she has been to ill to receive visitors, the flowers were ment to bring some joy. So two very satisfied people! The customer and the recipient.
