I own my own business (the worlds most visited plush web site) and our staff always send a “your bear has left for a picnic” email. Just want to thank everyone involved in arranging/delivering the flowers I ordered for my daughter's 18th birthday. As part of her birthday present my husband and I had paid for her and her sister to holiday in Tenerife and felt that we wanted to surprise her with a little extra gift to show her she was in our thoughts even more so that day.
I was concerned that the flowers might not reach her as the hotel where my daughters were staying was an extremely large complex - but I had no need to worry - the flowers arrived safely on time - I am told they are absolutely beautiful and really made my daughters day.

I received a magnificent arrangement ordered from America from Arenaflowers, last December. It lasted about 3 months and was much admired. The red roses eventually became dried roses, but still looked attractive.

Even though the flowers were not available for the delivery date I requested I was amazed to receive a telephone call the same evening, literally 5 minutes after I placed the order to say you could not deliver them on the date requested but could deliver them the day after.

My wife was delighted with the Roses. She says they are beautiful flowers which arrived in perfect condition, She is visiting our daughter ( Sarah Dickie) in London who last week had a second baby – a little girl this time so Sarah and John now have a boy and a girl, Tuesday was 48 years since my wife and I married and therefore the flowers were important!

I have sent flowers through Arena Flowers a few times now and every single time I have received the greatest compliments about how tastefully the arrangements are put together, how lovely the flowers are themselves and the quality of the vases.
I just wanted to pass along to you the compliments people have payed you and thank you for such a great service - from the texts I receive letting me know that the flowers have been delivered, to the e-mail afterwards.

I'd just like to thank you very much for your wonderful service, my friend loved her flowers.
I have to say I was a bit worried about ordering flowers over the internet, especially when I'm on the otherside of the world, and sometimes things don't look like the pictures, but my friend phoned me as soon as she received them and said they were beautiful.
I would recommend Arena Flowers to any friend in New Zealand ordering flowers in the UK.

It was a pleasure to order flowers through Arena. Inspite of changing my delivery instructions at the last moment the order was executed as desired - I'm very impressed with the prompt response and efficiency. Thank You Venessa for all the help. I will certainly come back here the next time I need to send flowers.
It was a good experience esp coz I was fretting abt it all the way over in India only to realize I had nothing to worry about at all.

Just wanted to say that I was very impressed to get an SMS alert that the flowers had been delivered and signed for. So often, it's difficult to know if flowers ever arrived or have been left with a neighbour etc
The recipient was also very pleased with them!

Thank you very much for giving my friend a wonderful treat – she was delighted with the flowers.
She lives in a remote area of Scotland and has been really unwell. I had difficulty
in arranging to send her flowers because of the remote area. I did a Google search and up came Arena Flowers.
My friend tells me the flowers were delivered in perfect condition and were really pretty. They gave her a wonderful boost – so thank you!
I will be using your service again and am emailing from work as I thought I would get my PA to use you in the future. Perhaps it might be worth being ill!

I would like to say what excellent service I received from Arena Flowers – after searching extensively for red tulips, which of course to most are out of season, I came across Arena who had some!
I particularly needed tulips as they match our advertising campaign, and we wanted some for a conference that we are doing.
Not only was I able to order exactly what I wanted, my order was very efficiently dealt with by Daniel. They arrived well in time and in perfect condition.
