Dear Arena Team,
I spoke with my mother in law this evening who lives in the UK, I am in Australia. Last July I sent her a white orchid (order 55070) and tonight she asked me if the flower she had received was actually artificial as it has not changed since it was delivered. She commented back then that the bloom was beautiful, it still is, and had become worried that she had been watering something that wasn’t real. Regarding my order of the Large flowers, teddy bear and glass vase.
The order arrived on the exact date that was specified for delivery, the service was absolutley brilliant. I even managed to e-mail arena flowers as i was worried abou a few things to do with the order but i was kindly reasurred and given full details of what would happen.

Hi just I'd like to say a big thanks to the Arena team. I ordered flowers at 2 pm for the same day delivery for a sick friend; I have to say I was sceptical of the chances of it getting there for that day as I had been let down by other online florists for a string of feeble reasons. But to my amazement they were received a few short hours later! Not only was delivery prompt but my friend said they were fantastic and the chocolate was a great addition! Congratulations Arena Flowers!
I order flowers for UK delivery on a regular basis and have always found it to be complicated and time consuming.
Not so with Arena. The website enabled me to select, order, enter the UK name and address, and pay for the
bouquet with just a few clicks of the mouse. I did not have the usual complicated process of creating and account
and struggling to first find the international delivery and then try to enter in a non US zipcode.
The follow up emails from Arena were short and informative and I even got confirmation of the time of delivery
in the UK. Excellent customer service. I have now found the company I will use for all my UK flower gifts is Arena.

I recently bought some flowers ordering them on line via yourselves. I ordered them for my mums 60th, with 2 balloons and a bottle of Bombay Saphire. The flowers were beautiful, they were fresh and the bouquet was huge. The flowers and Gin came gift wrapped, including a coating of ice to keep fresh / cold. The delivery was a lovely start to the day and mum was very happy.
On the delivery instructions I requested the flowers to be delivered after 10:00 am if possible; these flowers came after 10:00, the delivery service / person was fantastic.

The Flowers arrived at a good time and were very much appreciated, to quote "you have made my year, they are the most beautiful flowers I have seen in ages", not sure what was so special about these flowers given that I never got to see them, but many thanks.

Had a very excited mum on the phone at 8.15am Monday morning saying she was so pleased with flowers, they were beautiful. Have now used Arena a few times, always outstanding quality, reliable service and so simple to order. Thanks to you all.

Just wanted to let you know that your web based flower service works well.
Flowers were delivered as requested.
The website / ordering process is easy to use and automatic messages are well written and appropriate - especially for a bereavement.
There were some soft sell prompts to buy extra products, but these were not too intrusive and acceptable.
Arena came across as professional, efficient and humble. I liked the message saying you appreciated the business.

Thank you so very much for the flowers which you delivered to my mother yesterday my brother who lives in wales rang to say how beautiful and fresh they were everybody in the nursing home shared in the beauty of them and the lovely perfume rang my mum last night she was tickled pink with her ballon and chocolates as well the staff gave her a lovely day thank you for making the distance so much shorter.
