I just wanted to take a moment to send a note of thanks. I am in Nashville, TN and I ordered flowers to be delivered to a hospital in Oxford for a friend who was due (scheduled actually) to have a baby on Tuesday. At the last minute I found out that her baby had other plans and actually came on Sunday and they were leaving the hospital before the flowers were to be delivered. I called and spoke to the most pleasant and helpful person who was able to graciously have the delivery address changed to their home. I received confirmation of the delivery by email (never experienced that with any florist here in the states) but more importantly, I received a call from my friend who was thrilled with the flowers. She said they were beautiful and she really appreciated it. So, I wanted to pass that appreciation on to you. Thank you again, especially to those who facilitated the change for me.

I have just been online to order some flowers from you to be sent on 21 December. The reason I have just placed this order with you is that my mother sent a bouquet of white lillies to me just over a week ago from Arena Flowers and they were absolutely lovely! They arrived closed, fresh and in perfect condition having been carefully conditioned and packed. I am a florist myself and to be honest, I never expected to get such high quality flowers from an online relay service. I am tempted to go back on line now and order some for myself for Christmas! Also links with local florists for that personal touch as arrival of a large box may not always be appropriate. Finally, special offers for repeat customers.
