Six months ago my company sent me on secondment to our Hong Kong office. Unfortunately, my girlfriend Sabrina was unable to join me due to her work commitments and consequently, we've had to spend this time apart. I wanted to constantly remind Sabrina how much I cared for her and how much I missed her and decided to send her red roses on a weekly basis starting with 22 (being the number of weeks we were apart) in the first week and then decreasing by one each week. I had used Arena for a couple of flower deliveries and always found the quality of your product to be of the highest standards.
I contacted Jackie back in September and after a number of emails back and forth, we came up with a delivery schedule. I requested that a hand-writen message be sent with each delivery and also mentioned that I had lost a bet to Sabrina and requested that, if possible, a tube of toothpaste to be delivered each week with the flowers. Nothing was too much trouble for Jackie and she took time out of her busy day to purchase the toothpaste and to write the often long-winded messages for me by hand.
Your roses are beautiful but it is Jackie's outstanding customer service and friendly nature that separates you from your competitors. I would have no hesitation in using Arena again and will happily recommend you to all of my family and friends.
I would also like to pass on my thanks to Ruth who, in Jackie's absence, also provided me with an excellent service.

I would like to thank you all for the wonderful service, my mother was so pleased with both the tulips and orchid that she received and they have given her a lot of pleasure.
I live in Australia and last year lost my dad, it was such a blow for mum and as I had to return home shortly after the funeral the only communication I have with her is by phone, the flowers have helped no end to make her feel special and not neglected.
In the past I have used Tesco flowers on line but they do not last long and mum felt a bit guilty, but your flowers were so much better.

My good friend just rang me to say how stunned, amazed and absolutely delighted she was with her white lily bouquet which was delivered 24th Dec.
Knowing we were out of the country until 5th Jan she took a picture of them so we could see how gorgeous they were. I wasn't surprised tho'.... I knew they would be fabulous!! I just had to say thanks for a fantastic service today.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend this morning.
The ordering process was dead easy (especially having images of bouquets to choose from and being able to pay by PayPal).
The flowers were delivered within hours which was really impressive (seeing as I'd left it to the last minute to organise anything!).

I have used Arena Flowers on a number of occasions to send flowers to relatives in the UK. Every time the flowers arrive in excellent condition and are delivered on the specified day. On the Friday before Christmas I had a floral setting, a dozen mincepies and a balloon delivered and my mother and her relatives all agreed that the mincepies were delicious and the floral arrangement was so beautiful that it was put in pride of place as the centrepiece of the table.
