Good morning,
I would like to pass on my huge thanks to your team for the delivery I ordered on Friday.
Firstly, I thought things were going well when I could place an order for same day delivery but to be able to order at 9am and then having the delivery made before 11am is fantastic.
Secondly, my husband thought they were "the best bunch of flowers he has seen in a long time". And I agree - the flowers are beautifully arranged and presented with style. The roses even have a fragrance!!

Not only did I have that great talk with you this morning but when we arrived home after joining the gym, a huge bunch of beautiful spring flowers were on the doorstep. Usually if you're not at home they simply plonk the flowers at the door and go away. But this time they had put the big bunch into a bucket of water in a sheltered spot on the front balcony.

I recently made my first order with Arena Flowers and have been really impressed!! Was wonderful service from ordering right through to delivery. You deliver overseas which is fantastic, and I liked that the price I saw on the internet was the price I actually payed (no added extras etc.).

Just wanted to let you know the flowers that were delivered today for my Mum were wonderful she is very pleased with them. I live in America and I used Arena last year for my Mum and my Mother-in-law for Mothers day, both have told me the flowers they received were very good so I used youn again this year. From what I could understand through my mothers sobbing yesterday, she had recieved the flowers, wine and chocolates. She tried her best to say thank you, but she was somewhat overcome with emotion so instead I listened to her sniff and cry a little more before she said she had to go off to hydrotherapy. She was calling my Italian mobile so she'll probably cry a little more when she get's the phone bill. I hadn't quite expected that reaction, but she's been waiting for two knee replacements for months and I guess she's a little fragile. Anyway, I know she feel super special and for helping me with that thank you.
Anyway, between the sobs, she said that she was completely taken back by the way the flowers were presented (she said something about the box being huge and then I couldn't understand her- she's emailing a photo of them later.
Feedback:
I think a warning on your website and a complementary packet of tissues in the flowers wouldn't go a miss, what with the crying - albeit the good sort of crying.

Nasrin received her flowers this morning and was absolutely thrilled by them! I was too! You see I was told that the flowers wouldn’t be delivered until Monday because I had ordered too late. I spoke to a very nice young lady who said she would see what she could do. I wanted to email to say thank you for providing a wonderful service. I sent some flowers to my mum for mothers day and they were beautiful, this is the second time we have used Arena and your service is superb. The first time we used your company, my mum sent my husband and i some Gerbera's while we were on honeymoon and unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery and we didn't receive them, she called customer services and another bouquet was delivered when we got home, although this wasn't the same, we felt this was a good service. The flowers my mum received on Friday were gorgeous and were so much more worth the money than a bouquet we bought from a normally good local florist for my mother-in-law. The service of receiving a text and an email to confirm the flowers had been delivered is also great, keep up the good work Arena, its a second to none service!
