I had ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend living in Leeds and since the payment through my card didn't go through i had to call one of the customer representatives who really helpful. She was very patient and helped me make the payment. Sadly i cant remember her name. It might be a Martha or Ruth. I got back a mail with the details of order no and was also able to track the package. I'm extremely happy with the services offered by Arena Flowers and the executive i spoke with. i wish i remembered her name. i will definitely use your services again.

I would like to thank you so much for a wonderful service.
My Mother lives in Cyprus and I live in China, so sending gifts can be a bit tricky. Also, my father passed away in October 07, so this was the first birthday my Mother has had on her own, missing my father terribly. I ordered a bouquet of Gerbera for her (only because we'd had a conversation about the same recently), her favourite flowers are roses. There is a theory, that yellow butterflies are present in cemetries as they signify that the spirit of the deceased is with you (or some such similar explanation), yellow butterflies were not in season in Cyprus when my father was buried, but there was one present at his funeral. Therefore, yellow butterflies are of importance to us as they relate to my father, telling us that he is there with us, like a message!
On my Mother's Birthday, she received from you a bouquet of roses with a yellow butterfly attached.
We were both completely stunned, but very happy, we thank you!

I have used Arena for both personal and business bouquets since I received flowers through them aound the time when they were starting out! For the last bouquet I sent, Arena also sent a complimentary box of chocs as a thank you for my custom which was a much appreciated personal touch. With less than 48hours notice you designed and delivered a beautiful bouquet for my new daughter-in-law's wedding today! The white roses and deep yellow freesias were top quality and her face was a picture when she received them and the groom was pleased with the buttonhole too.

Just wanted to say thank you for another beautiful set of flowers in a vase which always makes my life easier when giving flowers to my girlfriend, I think you charge a really good price for the flowers and it's great that you charge a really fair price for the vase as other companies try to charge ridiculous prices.
The flowers are (as always beautiful) fresh and exactly as in the picture on the website which is the most important thing, the deliveries that I have also had are really well packaged too and

Thank you for your prompt attention to my request. I do want to take this time to thank you for the wonderful success the flowers were for my mother's birthday in March. She was thrilled. At that time she was almost totally blind and I had asked for very bright colors. This was done and I understand that she was well pleased and many visitors commented on the flowers. Since then, mom has had eye surgery and can now see quite well, which should make these flowers even more special.
Gardening has been a great hobby of mom's throughout her life in Africa, the Middle East and Southern Spain. It has been very hard for her not to be able to enjoy that pastime any more. Thank you for your attention to detail and for making it possible to bring a little joy into her life.
