Just wanted to tell you this and thank you: I went on the “iflorist” website prior to yours. I filled out the billing address and the delivery address which were not as easy to use as they should be, and were slow and unclear. I sent my placed my order, checked out, paid and clicked confirm and I was met with the initial screen which was blank like for a new customer. I had no idea if my order was placed. The same evening I had another go and had a similar experience. I tried a third time this morning and in the billing address it had “Alabama” even though I had selected edit / new billing address. It had cleared all details except this state, which I did not require and could not remove. I contacted them during one attempt and after 20 minutes I had 3 on line messages saying “Please wait” “Trying to find error” “Looking for order”. So suddenly feeling like an incompetent techno phobic idiot (I’m not)! I find your site, find what I need, it is clear what information you require and where you want it, and I am all done in 5 minutes. You offer a great service and your website is clear and straight forward. Thanks for returning my sanity!! Nick

First, let me start by saying I rarely provide feedback for on-line purchases - if I receive the good service that I expect, I normally just 'vote' by being a returning customer. If the service is poor I always try to comment because without the feedback how can the service improve ? So, with that starter for 10, what was wrong with my order ? Absolutely nothing. I cannot think of another on-line experience that has been so positive. I read the glowing comments on your site with a degree of caution, as you really can never tell -was the comment really from Phil in Kent or just the website owner having a hand at increasing sales figures. I had left the order a bit late and was thinking that I would be forced into trying to find a local shop versus being able to find something on-line. The sites offering services for the next day offered a limited selection - none of which met my needs. The website is well laid out and easy to use with clear pictures showing what I purchasing. After completing the purchase, I sat back and thought to myself that this was just too good to be true. As the flowers were for my wife's birthday and anniversary, the pressure was on. I had requested delivery on the following day, and informed my daughter to be on the look-out. As I was sitting in my office, an email pops on my screen alerting me that the flowers had been successfully delivered. Seconds later, a text appears on my mobile with the same information !! Outstanding !! A quick call to my very impressed wife confirmed that they were there and were quite impressive. When I arrived home I saw the arrangement and was very impressed with the size and quality of the arrangement. I was also able to see an arrangement from another florist sent by some relatives in America via one of the conventional teleflorists - the difference in quality was easy to spot and it was apparent that the ArenaFlowers arrangement would be winning the longevity test. After only two days, we had discarded about 30% of the other arrangement whilst the ArenaFlowers arrangement was still fresh as the day delivered. It is now 11 days on - the other arrangement is long gone - the ArenaFlowers arrangement is still going strong providing enjoyment for the entire family. All I can say is WOW !! and of course Thank you !! Don't change a thing. Eric
