I googled yesterday to order some flowers for my mum´s birthday and your website showed up on the search engine.
Very impressed.
As i´m based in dubai and my mum´s in uk, i was hoping for something a little different from the norm´ that i could trust to show up within time and in 1 piece and you delivered on that.
The flowers arrived about an hour ago and i got a teary phone call to say how beautiful the presentation of the sunflowers were that i ordered, the freshness and quality, and of course, how great the prestat tangy orange truffles tasted!

That's the second time I shop with you, and what can I say? You're the best! I live in Singapore, and I was having a nostalgic day, missing my family very much. Thank you so much my Mom received her flowers this morning and is absolutely thrilled! I am in the States so it is hard to know who to rely on for flowers - my mother loves flowers and knows what is good and bad - and she is thrilled.

Good morning,
Mrs S received her flowers and said they were loveley, she said she had never seen flowers like them before. The smell from them was unreal,she can smell them everywhere she goes. The smell and flowers were gorgeous.

Meant to give some feedback last week - this is the slickest bit of customer service I've seen in a while - order placed and amended within 5mins and delivered within 90 mins or so. Happy Recipient always helps too!!
In any case, I will definitely re-use and recommend Arena.

Thank you so much for the delivery of Balloons your company made to my brother Jack whilst he was in hospital.

Hi Ruth,
What a easy way to make someones day half a world away.
I was just a wee bit afraid the flowers wouldn't get there\not be as good as the picture\etc but every went just as the website said it would.
I heard from Kate at 8.40pm Monday New Zealand time and she was so thrilled to receive the unexpected beautiful bouquet.
