It did the job! She loves the flowers! I wondered of course if they would be as big and beuatiful as they appear on the website, but from her reaction it would seem so! I just had to let you know how pleased my son’s girlfriend was with the ‘Lavender’ flowers you sent her. I was extremely pleased, highly delighted, over the moon with them, they were just as the picture showed on your website. You take a chance whether or not they are going to turn out as portrayed, I was simply astonished/gob smacked that they were indeed a true replicar of the photo. I've order flowers before only to be extremely disappointed not to say let down and totally deflated when they arrived. Thank you so much for the followups Mrs A was really pleased. I would also like to say thank you, when I first phoned to request these flowers, Mrs A was in hospital, following the suggestion of your staff I phoned, to find that flowers were not allowed in the ward she was in. However, as she came home, I was able to bring joy to her heart by sending them to her home.
It is a real pleasure to find a company who are not just interested in their profit margin and who give such good advise.
