Dear Sir/Madam, Please allow me to start this message by telling you that I give a lot of feedback when I feel it necessary, but I find that nearly all the feedback I give is quite negative (but for a good reason I might add!). However, this e-mail is one of those one in a hundred+ which is actually positive. I must hand it to you all as a team, that I genuinely could not ask for more. I have used Arena Flowers twice now, and on neither occasion have you failed to impress. The first batch was a little "I love you" gift which was frankly stunning. My partner said all her friends commented that the flowers were beautiful and they were delivered where, when and in the exact manner I had requested. Two happy customers - myself, and most importantly, the recipient! Not to mention some very jealous friends... Thus, it seemed only logical that I returned when a certain someone's birthday came around. This time I opted for a little helium balloon too, and I can once again only try to put into words the "Wow" factor that was acheived. For a reasonable price with low delivery costs you offer outstanding flowers, beautifully arranged and delivered with impeccable service. So I would like to say once and only to everyone at Arena Flowers: Thank you so, so much. You have made so many people smile, including myself and those on the receiving end. So many times in the past when I have ordered flowers from the usual flower companies they have been a disappointment but these were lovely just like the picture! I had been searching the internet for a home delivery florist who could offer me some bright, cheerful flowers at a reasonable price. I went to all the usual companies (I won't mention any names but we know who I mean) and I found them to be very expensive and the bouquets not very inspirational. When I stumbled across your website I was very pleased with the choice of bouquets on offer and the prices for these.
