I just wanted to comment on your prompt delivery and express how leary I was sending something by computer that I had never seen before or with a company I had never dealt with. But...WOW you do an exceptional service. I live in Canada and my Aunt lives in England so it is difficult to send things by mail as they often never arrive at all.

Please allow me to start this message by telling you that I give a lot of feedback when I feel it necessary, but I find that nearly all the feedback I give is quite negative (but for a good reason I might add!). However, this e-mail is one of those one in a hundred+ which is actually positive. I must hand it to you all as a team, that I genuinely could not ask for more.
I have used Arena Flowers twice now, and on neither occasion have you failed to impress. The first batch was a little "I love you" gift which was frankly stunning. My partner said all her friends commented that the flowers were beautiful and they were delivered where, when and in the exact manner I had requested. Two happy customers - myself, and most importantly, the recipient! Not to mention some very jealous friends...
Thus, it seemed only logical that I returned when a certain someone's birthday came around. This time I opted for a little helium balloon too, and I can once again only try to put into words the "Wow" factor that was acheived. For a reasonable price with low delivery costs you offer outstanding flowers, beautifully arranged and delivered with impeccable service.
So I would like to say once and only to everyone at Arena Flowers: Thank you so, so much. You have made so many people smile, including myself and those on the receiving end. Do not think your efforts go unnoticed. Pat yourselves all on the back, and know that you are infinitely better than any high street florists I have used!

I just wanted to say thank you so much for the lovely delivery of flowers, balloon, wine, chocolates and the 'get well soon bear' to my husband in hospital. Just wanted to pass on some great feedback for some flowers that you delivered to my mum yewsterday for her birthday.
I had been searching the internet for a home delivery florist who could offer me some bright, cheerful flowers at a reasonable price. I went to all the usual companies (I won't mention any names but we know who I mean) and I found them to be very expensive and the bouquets not very inspirational. When I stumbled across your website I was very pleased with the choice of bouquets on offer and the prices for these. I choose the sunflower bouquet as it was bright and colourful, just what I had wanted!
I found the website order form very easy and simple to use and I really liked the photo printing option. This was a nice touch.

Many thanks for the beautiful white roses that you delivered to my wife at her place of work. She has had so many comments regarding the quality of the flowers and she also mentioned how well packaged and presented they were. I searched various floral websites and it was only on yours, that I found the perfect bouquet to truly represent our 1st wedding anniversary.
I will certainly be adding you to my favourites for future celebrations.

They did say thank you and thought that the sunflowers were magnificent. They also said that the presentation and wrapping was stunning. Many thanks. I saw them myself and they were lovely and good value for money too.
