Just wanted to say thanks so much for the 'Thank-you upgrade' in my recent flower order!! It has come at a great time, since this is my sister-in-law's 50th birthday and we can't be with her on the day because we live so far away. I know she'll love the flowers because everyone I have sent a bouquet to has raved about them -"so fresh they lasted 3 weeks', "the nicest bouquet I ever got", "stunning", and my favourite response - "I was gobsmacked and they only just fitted in my biggest vase!".
I have always been delighted with your service and quality, and I always recommend you to anyone looking to send flowers. I am really looking forward to moving back closer to the UK at some point so that I can order a bouquet for myself!! (We live in the Virgin Islands, which are beautiful but expensive, particularly fresh flowers which have to be flown in . Even a "petrol station" quality bunch costs way too much - and they don't last in the heat).

Once again a big thank you from this side of the world. You have outdone yourselves again, with the The Teddy Fresher Gift Set that you sent to my daughter Catherine for her 30th birthday. She was blown away by the perfume of the fressias and the white wine impressed as well. But most of all, my little grandson who turned 2 just the week before Catherine's birthday, has commandeered the teddy bear, for his own. Mother and son are now in a battle to see whose bed the bear will sit on, Mum doesn't stand a chance.

My mum is delighted with her flowers, which were in her hotel room by the afternoon of yesterday. She, and my dad, are staying in London for a few days to celebrate her 75th birthday. My experience of your service was excellent - helpful, friendly person assisted my phone order and advised about choice of flowers, also took down address details efficiently (I live in Norway, so this was a little more complicated). Flowers are arrived within the stated time-frame, and recipient was absolutely delighted - beautiful, scented arrangement.
