I found you via Google whilst looking for a flower delivery to an address in Hong Kong during Chinese New Year after the company I have used previously advised that they could not deliver during this period.

Just to say what a great service you operate, my friends could not get over how beautiful & fresh the roses were, they said the flowers arrived as if they had just been picked in the field. Dear Arena team,
Being away from my wife this year overseas working, it was not going to be possible to be at home on her birthday.
I searched the web long and hard as disappointment in the past with sending flowers makes it hard to know who to choose.
In the end having read your site and seen your references from happy clients I went for the deluxe white lily arrangement.
I just had an email from my wife to say she had received them and it has given her big sunshine smiles. She loves her lilies and knows good ones from not so good. She says they are beautiful and perfect specimens.
So to all at Arena flowers, thank you for making my wife's day as this makes my day, being so far away on her birthday.
Easy to order, prompt delivery, you live up to all your claims ( unlike some !! )

I found Arena Flowers by chance via Google, and I was really pleased with the service & would definitely order from you again -- the website is clear & easy to navigate; the flowers were all gorgeous (and reasonably priced!); and the deliveries were completely hassle-free (nice to get the SMS confirmations too).
I was also glad to see the availability of more ethical options under the "Fair Flowers Fair Plants" scheme, and I hope these will be expanded in the future.

I live in Western Australia and have generally used Interflora for my purchases for UK. Having access to the internet has made it easier to search international florists. I am so glad I found your website. The selection of flower arrangements and optional extras available were the best I have seen. The prices were very comparable too. I felt quite secure being able to use Paypal as an option of payment. Also being able to track delivery and receiving your emails from start to finish was very professional.
My selection 'Tulip Sensation' was received by my mum for her 80th birthday on New Years Eve, in the morning as requested. I received a phone call from her shortly after, thanking me. Her description of the arrangement was exactly as I had ordered. She was very pleased and said the 'huge' bouquet really brightened up her living room.
I have now saved your website in my favourites as I am sure I will be using it again in the near future.

The arrangement delivered to daughter, Yvonne, Grasmere on 30th was just right. We arrived in the afternoon and the New Year arrangement graced our table each meal time. Thank you.
