I must say I am amazed at how well you handled my order...
This morning at noon my time (11am GMT), my friend Peter called to remind me it was his birthday...
At 2:00 PM I found your website (after 2 others let me down) , punched in an arrangement and hoped for the best...
I went off, took a bike ride, did some errands, returned home and Peter had left a message thanking me for his flowers!!!!!!!!

I took a chance with free delivery and the bouquet and balloon reached my wife mid morning. Result!
She loved them so much it reduced her to tears! (Not quite the reaction I was looking for - but hey!)
Searched through Google using "Flower deliveries Weybridge" on 24/02/09
Website - easy to use.
Choice - good range and description.
Payment - quick and simple.
Tracking - checked at 09:30 and it said "on it's way". Delivery confirmation received from my wife at 10:20. Not received delivery confirmation email.
Over-all - fuss free. Simple. Great service. Would use the service again, obviously if needed!
Yet to see the flowers but they've got approval from my wife so all is good!

I’ve used Arena a couple of times now, in the UK and for delivery in South Africa. I’ve been let down before by other internet florists. It’s easy to write to complain, but less common to say when something has been done well. So I thought I’d take a minute to let you know the things I like about Arena. In general I’ve been really impressed with the service, especially the text message to let me know that the gift has been delivered without any problems.
Things I Like:
- Ability to create your own package by adding chocolates & wine/champagne that’s to one’s taste, rather than having it pre-selected.
- Unusual bouquets that e.g. incorporate candles.
- Text message to confirm delivery

I have recently sent two lots of flowers from you - I have seen one of them and it is absolutely lovely - just as I knew it would be (someone originally sent me some flowers from you) and the other one arrived today in uk">Wales and by the comments that I have had from the recipient it is equally as wonderful.

Must congratulate you all for the service that you gave after i had ordered valentines-day-flowers">valentine flowers for my wife of nearly 30 years. Flowers were beautiful and so well packaged that they arrived in pristine condition, and arrived at agreed day unlike other companies that i have used in the past. I am so impressed! Had been searching internet for valentines-day-flowers">Valentine deliveries overseas for days and unimpressed until I stumbled onto your site. It was late by this time so I placed my order hoping against hope that delivery would be possible in less than 24 hours notice. Order was delivered in time frame requested and the recipient was thrilled with all. Absolutely top notch products and service!

On February 2 you delivered a dozen pink roses to my daughter for her 21st birthday. She is a student staying at Pickwick Hall. The flowers arrived in the morning, were beautiful, and smelled "awesome". I just wanted to thank you for this and tell you that your web site is very good and user friendly. Dear Arena,
My mum received the flowers yesterday and absolutely loves them. Apparently they are gorgeous and sending the vase worked a treat as it stopped all the difficulties trying to arrange them in a vase. My mum said it was just so easy to trim the ends, pop them in the vase and they just arranged themselves!
Both mum and dad were very impressed with how well the flowers were wrapped and what pristine condition they were in. My dad worked in the motor trade for over 40 years and said he's had extremely expensive car parts delivered which weren't as well packed - praise from my dad is praise indeed.
Thank you so much for making my mum's day. I will definitely be using your services again and will be recommending you to all my friends.

Just to let you know our friends, Jill and Frits, were truly delighted with the bouquet we ordered for them through Arena flowers - their comments were that the room (they were in an hotel) was filled with the flowers and the blooms were beautiful. I am really impressed that you deilivered the flowers today considering the snow storm that you are having. In Canada this type of storm we are used to but it certainly isn't your norm.
