Thank you for the great flowers. My mother cried when she received them and has not stopped saying thank you since. Pleased that 2/3rds were still in bud or almost out. Showed they were nice and fresh and should last a while. I found the price was a bit steep, but well worth it from my mother's reaction.

I am writing to thank you for the excellent Mother's Day delivery service.
I am a soldier currently serving in Iraq, so the internet was the only option for buying and sending flowers. Initially, I had concerns that the bouquet would not look as good in life as it had on the website, or indeed, that it would not arrive at all.
However, my mother informs me that the flowers were absolutely first rate and their presentation was beautiful. Moreover, they arrived at around 1030 in the morning.
I will not hesitate to use Arena Flowers again for such an occassion, and have recommended your website to the soldiers under my command! Many thanks and please keep up the excellent service and quality.

Everything from actual purchase, website, range of choice, ordering process and fabulous delivery was first excellent class. I just wanted to give credit where credits due and pass on my thanks for delivering my order in a timely fashion. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that I have used your services and each time, the quality of flowers has been exceptionally high.
Ordering online flowers, especially when I’m located in a different country to where the flowers are being delivered (I’m an expat), can always present an element of risk as you just never know what you’re going to get in terms of value for money.

I am so pleased at the service that you provided with my order. The website made it very easy to pick a flower arrangement that could be sent in Venezuela where as most sites seem hit or miss on what you can actually pick for various countries. I was even emailed a color change due to what the flower service had in Venezuela. The flowers arrived when they were supposed to and my family was so surprised that I could accomplish such a feat of having flowers delivered when I am here in the US and they are in Venezuela. I was quite skeptical at the beginning but I chose Arena flowers because of the individual pages provided for each country in order to select my flowers. Even though the prices were in pounds I was able to pay with my bank card from a US bank without any issue on your end. Thank you so much for providing this comprehensive coordination of services and making it so easy to send flowers for my mothers birthday. Your website was easy to use and the selections of flowers on your home page were perfect. The ordering process was very simple, one of the best I've used. It made the process easier than ordering over the phone which is what I normally do because there is a lack of a website or it doesn't give enough delivery options.
I also appreciate you letting me know via email and text that the flowers arrived. Excellent customer service that is generally lacking from London retail.

My daughter lives in London and I live in New Zealand so when there is a special day in her life and I can’t be there I like to mark it with something especially this year when the weather has been to awful. Your flowers arrived on cue and made my not being there just so much better. I would just like to express how pleased i am with the service arena flowers provide, i have never had a problem. I only order roses as they are so beautiful and fresh, my first order with Arena Flowers was back in December for some grand prix roses for my partners birthday he absolutely loved them and surprisingly they are still standing abit dark and crinkly 2months on. Its a fantastic service i recommend to anyone in the world.
They say there's only one 7* hotel i the world, i'd say there's only one 7* florist in the world with 7* customer service and that's Arena Flowers.
