I'm pleased to thank you for such a good service given. I have my best friend living in Brazil and I was desperate about the possibility do not present her, even because she's living far away. I have bought some beautiful yellow Gerberas and it was brilliantly delivered on time. She loved it so much and she was so surprised because I think she was not expecting at all such a delicate present from someone so far away from her. I joked to her saying that the florist travelled by ship, plane, boat, bus, train, bike but kept the flowers untouchable just to her. :)

I recently ordered some flowers (order no: 243622) and while doing so was skeptical since I’ve never sent flowers internationally before or used your site. The gentleman I spoke with while ordering the flowers was extremely helpful and very nice. Everything from the order to the delivery went perfectly. In addition I received an email from the recipient which contained a photo of the arrangement and it was beautiful and exactly as I was hoping. Thank you for confirming my order, I have no doubt my mum will be delighted with her flowers when they arrive for her birthday.
I was lucky enough to receive a beautiful bunch of tulips from some girlfriends here in Australia while I was home visiting my mum who has been poorly of late. I have no doubt they will be of the same outstanding quality, they were superb and lasted for weeks. Yvette was delighted with the flowers she received this morning. She's only just come out of hospital after an 11 week stay [not for the first time either] and was feeling particularly low when I ordered the flowers. They arrived this morning during another lot of problems for her, and she said they really cheered her up.

As regards to developing Arena Flowers, I can not see why you feel the need to, I have no complaints at all and I still think this company beats the rest as regards to FLOWERS ON LINE I live in Spain and feel the need to send Flowers ect. to my family and friends for Birthdays and at other Celebrations, where else would I go??you are there for me every time, even to the after care of e-mails telling us the time and date they where sent ect.

As a rule, I don't usually provide feedback because of the risk of junk mail bombardment from other providers, on this occasion, however, I feel it's warranted.
I didn't make Dauna's day, Arena Flowers did, I was just lucky enough to find you online.
Our dear friend was overwhelmed by the bouquet she received. They arrived early enough on the day to start off her birthday celebrations, the flowers were fresh and extremely well presented. She was so pleased that she photographed them and placed the photo on her facebook site. We were so pleased with her response that we placed Arena Flowers on our favourites list and will most assuredly be using you again. Not just for International deliveries but local deliveries too.

I would like to express many thanks to two of your specialists I spoke with regarding our order. They were very helpful, unfortunately I don't remember their names... A gentleman was very nice and made more actions than supposed to - called the hospital to check if they allow to bring flowers in. I was very impressed with your staffers support to me and their endless patience - i'm not a native English speaker and had to ask several times to understand what was told. I would for sure use services of your company next time for sending flowers and gifts.

I am Japanese. I studied at art schools in Uk and am now back in Japan. I used your flower delivery service to send flowers to my host family whom I was living with while I was in UK. Actually I sent it for funeral last year and for the remembrance this year because my host family was an elder couple and a husband died last year. a wife, she is a widow now, loves flowers that I know and because it has been very hard time for her, I wanted to send her flowers.
