Dear Sir/Madam, With regards to the above reference, I would like to send my sincere thanks and gratitude to your staff. I ordered the flowers on behalf of the team that I work for, to be given to a colleague of ours that has just completed 30 years service within the NHS. Sue is very special to us and many of my colleagues see her as a "work mum". We therefore wanted to make sure that we gave her an appropriate gift to congratulate her on an impressive milestone in her life. Everyone commented on how lovely the flowers were, the quality was excellent and the mix of flowers we recieved were beautiful. The value for money I think was also excellent, due to the discount we were able to order a deluxe arrangement, much more in order for Sue! The flowers arrived with perfect timing, in brilliant condition - and I would like to congratulate your staff for making Sue shed many tears of joy! The day was very special and I am eternally grateful for you helping to make that happen. I was pleasantly surprised at the prices, in this instance I was ordering flowers for my Mother from my Dad for their Anniversary, he is in hospital and unable to do so, it is particularly special this year as he was in intensive care this time last week and was literally touch and go. I got a text and e-mail so I am at work and picturing her face as she received them which made it extra special. Hi Arena Flowers, Happy to provide feedback. Very good service. I am sitting in Philippines and was able to order flowers online to be delivered to my girlfriends place in London. Found you by google search of flowers in Bethnal Green albeit that wasn't the easiest search from memory. Tam was really happy with the flowers (she wouldn't have told me otherwise) but I saw some photos and they looked really nice. I really liked being able to order for a specific day. Everyone at Arena Flowers does an amazing job. I ordered some flowers 4 days before it was supposed to be delivered to my girlfriend. At the day of delivery they called to make sure she is home witch is amazing to start with. Secondly she had not one vase in her house because no one ever bought or send her flowers before. The flowers looked amazing and they deliver them inside a vase. Arena Flowers truly made her day and mine as well. My girlfriend was crying of happiness i never seen anything more beautiful. I have been using the arena website for just over a year now and have used it several times to send flowers to loved ones, neighbours and friends. My bf who is in the navy has benefitted !!!!!!!! the most from the service, just letting him and all his fellow sailors know just how much i miss him and love him, i discovered the site whilst browsing through my paypal as i find this a really convenient way to shop safely online.
