My sister was away for several days over Christmas and missed the delivery. She had alerted her neighbors to be available either to receive the flowers or look for them at her door. On her return she received through the mailbox a message saying that her 'package' was waiting for her return. She was most distressed. You can imagine her astonishment when the flowers arrived safe and sound except for one single stem, which was broken. She asked me to tell you that the flowers were magnificent but more than that - she had never seen such exquisite care and packaging. She is absolutely delighted. Hello Arena Just to let you know that my daughter was thrilled with her 30th birthday flowers, balloon, vase and card delivered on 15th December. She was impressed with the flowers and the quality and typeface on the card. She said it was lovely how, when she opened the box lid in which the flowers had been delivered in front of her office colleagues, up and out floated the balloon - which was really effective. One of her colleagues sent me a photo of the flowers sitting on her desk! Personally I was impressed with the updating emails and text messages to my mobile keeping me updated on delivery which was fast and within the hours that I had asked for. I recently orded some flowers to send to Singapore and even though there was an error with the address, they contacted me on the same day I orded and once the address was sorted, they were delivered on the 17th (today) so I'm pleased how fast the delivery was and how quickly the problem was sorted ecspecially this time of year. You delivered flowers to Nora Lucke for us in London. Here’s a photo her husband sent and she was so pleased with them. Again you have done a fantastic job – service and quality. Nora had a near death experience and her surgery was successful but she is on a low fat diet for the moment so think her husband probably ate her chocolates – he will owe her!!
