I sent flowers through you to my parents which arrived today. They were absolutely delighted, they rang me straight away and the very first thing they said was " where did you find this company?" I haven't seen the flowers but from what they have said and the way they enthused, they must be gorgeous. I was very surprised, and delighted, when I got your e/m. to say they were delivered !
That's what I call Great Service.! I haven't heard from my Niece yet as I've been out most of the day, but I know she will love them. They look absolutely delightful in the picture.
Sadly, my oldest sister died in Hospital on Tuesday midnight, and as I live in the S.E. of England, my niece was the one who had to take charge of the many arrangements necessary at this very sad time.
She is now in need of some TLC, and I'm sure the flowers will make her feel appreciated.
I know it was a smallish bouquet, but, as they say " Small is beautiful ".

Feedback of my flowers and teddy sent to Valerie F.
Just had a phone call from Val and she is so delighted with the beautiful roses and teddy. She said she cried when she received them as the teddy was so lovely and the flowers gorgeous. Val bless her has just undergone a nasty operation in hospital and she was terrified. However, she came out of hospital yesterday and is feeling very good. She is of mature years but a very fit lady who is very well looked after by her lovely husband Alan. They are a smashing couple and we have known them for a good number of years. Thank you for making her day so perfect. I shall definitely be using Arena again now I know how good they are.

I ordered the fresia and astomeria floral decoration for my friend. Having not used your company, I was somewhat cautious but with your 100% guarantee money returned if not totally satistifed, I dared to let go of the sides and ordered.

We are in New Zealand and it is always difficult to order on line and know whether you are getting what you think you ordered. I just wanted to say thank you for the prompt service and for the beautiful bouquet of flowers my daughter received. They were exactly what I saw on line.
Also somehow in the ordering process I got the day mixed up and rather than have them delivered today, Tuesday, I had Thursday's date. Once I realised I simply phoned up and you managed to change the delivery to today and still have the flowers delivered by 3pm.
I also liked the way I could track the delivery and I received an email once they were delivered.
So thank you and I can highly recommend your service and flowers.

Just a quick e-mail to say how delighted I was with the service I received from Arena Flowers. The lady who initially took my order was very helpful as I was indecisive about which bouquet I wanted and she advised me as to what was in season. Her recommendation was the Bright & Cheery Bouquet and when my mother in law received the flowers she said it was the best one she had ever got. It absoultely made her Birthday and also cheered her up as she is going into Hospital on Tuesday to begin treatment for Cancer.

Dear Ruth,
This is Dianne S in Australia and this is just a note to say a very big Thank You for your service.
This morning I’ve had an excited phone call from my brother-in-law in the U.K. saying that the flowers had just arrived in a huge box and that they were
absolutely beautiful. We sent them for my sister-in-law, Meg, on the occasion of her Dad’s passing and in celebration of his life.
Her Dad, Bert, was an officer in The Salvation Army, as her whole family are still, and he gave out so much to so many and is much loved.
My husband, Tony, has known Bert since he was 8 years old, for 59 years and Bert had a tremendous influence on him growing up, I’ve only known Bert on my several visits to the U.K.,
over the years, but he made a great impression on me as well.
Needless to say we were very sad not to have been able be there for Bert’s funeral, but thrilled to be able to send such beautiful flowers, thanks to your efforts and to know how happy
they were to receive them.
I especially loved that they included eucalyptus leaves as a special expression of Australia as I am Australian.
