Hi Ruth Received a text from my cousin in London to say the flowers that were delivered to the Vaudeville Theatre were just beautiful. Thank you for making this all happen as the flowers were from all the family in Sydney & this is my cousin’s last week in the play showing at the theatre. Will use your organisation again as I was so impressed when I received an email when I got to work this morning to say that they had been delivered around 2pm London time yesterday. Brilliant ! Most companies I have used in the past leave you wondering whether the flowers were delivered. Need to send flowers again this week to another relative in the UK so will be using Arena from here on. With regards to my recent order, Pink Lily Gift Wrap, I would like to thank you for a fantastic service, yet again. My mother receives a bunch every year on her birthday in October. In 2008 we bought from somewhere else, but was disappointed with the service and the quality of the flowers. Hence coming back to Arena every year since. I decided to buy a cheapy bunch of lilies for my best friend, and she loves them. I received a phone call from her before the text message from Arena to confirm delivery! when i was thinking what to send my special one it took me a while to think of the approprate gift, but when it came to who i could trust to deliver it there was no one else but arena. I must say i was worried for a while as they had to be delivered on that day, but i needn't have worried. It was such a thrill to receive a phone call from her absolutely thrilled and wondering how i arranged it. So all i can say is a big Thank you for being so reliable.
