Hi, I ordered some flowers for my friend Phil which were delivered to his work address on Tuesday. I just want to say how happy I am with the service and quality of flowers. I thought the price was very reasonable and free delivery!!! I will definately be using Arena flowers again in the future. Keep up the good work! Clair C

Dear Arena Flowers Just wanted to say well done to the team on three points: 1. I think its great that you send a txt to say when you have delivered the flowers - what a sensible use of technology. I remember this from my last order and once again I find this very reassuring and efficient. I haven't experienced other companies that offer such a personal service. 2. My order was for an elderly couple and so I didn't want the flowers left on the front door step - a potential trip hazard. Also didn't want to advertise that the house was empty. You used your initiative and left the order at the back of the house, out of sight of the main road. Thank you for being so considerate. 3. Apparently the flowers were stored upright in an 'enormous' box that protected the bouquet perfectly. The recipients were most impressed. Of course they loved the flowers and other gifts too. To the team at Arena Flowers I extend a big thankyou. I organised to get a dozen red roses delivered to my girlfriend in Martinstown, DORSET. Not only was the delivery prompt and early, allowing her to fully utilise her day, but she said the flowers were of excellent quality. The staff were even able to make minor corrections to the message card prior to despatch. It is comforting to know that even though I am on the other side of the globe, there is someone who can help me out in displaying a gesture of love and brightening someone's day. This is just a huge thank-you for the wonderful flowers that were sent yesterday. My 4 year old grandson could not stop talking about the colour and scent of the flowers. My two year old grandson kept pointing at the flowers and smiling. Needless to say the new baby really is not aware. My son and his wife were also impressed not only with the flowers but with the lovely vase that they were sent in. They were delivered very soon after my ordering and I really appreciate that. May be it is interesting for you to know the couple has been married for 60 years. After the war we got friends simply by corresponding and since that time we have met eacher several times. To whom it may concern: I am writing to say thank you very much for the superior service that I have received from Arena Flowers. Recently I ordered some flowers to be sent as a Get Well gift to my mother-in-law in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Before the flowers were due to be delivered, my mother-in-law was taken to hospital. Since no one would be at home to receive the flowers, my wife contacted Arena's Customer Service department to request that the delivery address be changed. This was done after the flowers were due to have been delivered. I was not optimistic that my mother-in-law would ever get the flowers. Well, I was wrong. Arena's Customer Service took the change in stride, changed the delivery address and got the flowers delivered to the new address just 24 hours after they were originally due to have been delivered. When she received the flowers, my mother-in-law was overjoyed. I have been to Uzbekistan several times, and I know that it is not always easy to do business there.
