The box arrived safely on Thursday and made me laugh as when I opened it the balloons floated up to the kitchen ceiling, where they are still residing!!! I ordered some flowers, wine and a balloon to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday. In all honesty I googled interflora, however, it said they were unable to deliver to the postcode. I then googled again and saw you. Firstly I would like to say that now found I wouldn’t order with anyone else. You are reasonably priced and the additions you can add, i.e the balloon, wine etc are again reasonably priced. I did not order until approx 10am on 27th October but the delivery was made just a couple of hours later. Excellent service and I look forward to using your services again Many Thanks Dawn

I don’t normally do these but I felt that such good service and ease of process should be praised. I especially liked the flexible approach to ordering i.e. the ability to add a choice of additional gifts rather than set packages/hampers which don’t often quite hit the mark. The choice of flowers was great as well as the greeting cards and message options. A really great experience and very pleased recipients of a lovely gift! Dear Arena Flowers I live in Vietnam at present, and on Monday I rang to see if you would deliver some flowers to my daughter. The lady I spoke to was friendly and courteous, while at the same time was very professional. I was very impressed. The following day I received a full confirmation of my order, including the message for my daughter. Then I received another email to tell me that the flowers had been delivered. I have never had such efficient, friendly, customer service before when ordering flower gifts so I just wanted to tell you how very, very, impressed I am. I have used Arena Flowers at least half a dozen times and I have never been disappointed with the service. The choice of flowers are fantastic and are very clear on the web site. The web site is also very user friendly. Although initially I felt that Arena Flowers were quite expensive the few extra pounds are definately worth it, flowers always delivered on the given day, quality of the flowers excellant, a text message at the time of delivery and as happened on my last order a complimentary upgrade to a luxury bouquet which I thought was a lovely touch for a loyal customer, you don't get that much nowadays! Also impressed with the tracking service available to find out the status of the delivery, found that really useful.
