Sorry it’s taken so long but I ordered some flowers for my husband’s Great Aunts 95th Birthday. Our Great Aunt was over the moon with the flowers particularly as my husband is currently in active duty in Afghanistan. These flowers made a old lady feel very special. Sadly my husband’s great Aunt passed away yesterday but at least she had a wonderful birthday celebration “the flower being the best present she had received”.
Other relatives commented on the flowers and thought we had spent a fortune – so big, big thank you!!

It has always been hard to ensure flowers are delivered in England when you are ordering from Australia. Since I found Arena Flowers this has not been a problem.
However you exceeded yourself on this last order. There had been a bereavment in the family in England and in my haste I entered the incorrect address. Once recognised I sent an email the following morning to hilight my error. Next we received an email showing the flowers had been delivered on time and to the right address. We then received a phone call from the recipient thanking us for the flowers. They were lovely and Arena Flowers does make it so easy. Most professinal. Thanks to one and all.

I wanted to say thank you for the good service I received from Arena flowers.
I ordered flowers from my home here in the US to be sent to the UK and everything was as promised.
I have been told that the flowers were "stunning" and the fact that I was able to include a photo was perfect (I was able to send a picture of my kids wearing their knitted sweaters to the friend who had made them for them - the flowers were a thank you gift).
