Items in “Oasis” Care Guide
Oasis is a floral foam, that is much like a sponge which hold water. It is a florists favourite tool, as you can insert the stems of flowers into the foam, which not only means that the flowers are remain in a particular position, but the flowers also receive all the water they need to survice. Oasis is ideal for carefully designed vase arrangements, funeral wreaths or large flower pedestools that you see in church weddings or at receiptions.
If you receive an item in oasis, such as a vase arrangement ensure that the water oasis foam is damp. If it is dry pour water down the back of the arrangement slowly so that the water is gradually absorbed by the oasis, and air pockets aren't created.
