Ruth Arena Flowers Customer Support I wish to thank a lady called Stephanie for looking after my order for Summer Carnival Deluxe delivered to my Cousin JeanA in Surbiton, Surrey. Jean was very thrilled at receiving the beautiful flowers. As it was her birthday the previous day on the Monday 24h August it was a great surprise particularly as she had members of her family visiting her at the time. She e/mailed my brother Ken promptly and thanked us for sending her such beautiful flowers. Jean even sent a photo of herself with the flowers in her lounge room and one of the photos of the flowers on display. We think the sending of the flowers to Jean which was unexpected was very special to her, particularly with her family at home at the time. We telephoned our cousin Pat M in Willingdon, Eastbourne, East Sussex England at 7-30pm. (Australian time) on the Friday 27th August to see if she had received the flowers as we had not heard from them. Pat does not have access to a computer but we spoke to Pat who is recovering at home from her operation and also spoke to other members of her family. Pat and the other members of her family were all very appreciative of the beautiful flowers sent by Arena. We think it cheered Pat up as it was a surprise to her to receive the flowers. Finally we would like you to pass on our thank you to Stephanie who took the order from us over the phone for the Summer Carnival of flowers. She mentioned that the Deluxe Summer Carnival of flowers would be beautiful to send and be well received. I found Stephanie to be a friendly, courteous and efficient lady and thanks to her we sent the Summer Carnival DELUXE which was very well received by both our cousins as mentioned above. Hi I live in Melbourne, Australia, and recently bought some flowers (autumn roses) for my Nan in Clacton, England. The flowers were to cheer her up and let her know that us kids so far away are thinking of her. And from what I hear they did just that.
