I just wanted to say thank you for the prompt service and for the beautiful bouquet of flowers my daughter received. They were exactly what I saw on line. Also somehow in the ordering process I got the day mixed up and rather than have them delivered today, Tuesday, I had Thursday's date. Once I realised I simply phoned up and you managed to change the delivery to today and still have the flowers delivered by 3pm. Dear Arena Flowers, On the last two occasions that my daughter has sent flowers to her mother, the bouquet has been very disappointing and poor value for money, needless to say they were NOT purchased from Arena.
