I just wanted to take a moment to send a note of thanks. I am in Nashville, TN and I ordered flowers to be delivered to a hospital in Oxford for a friend who was due (scheduled actually) to have a baby on Tuesday. At the last minute I found out that her baby had other plans and actually came on Sunday and they were leaving the hospital before the flowers were to be delivered. I called and spoke to the most pleasant and helpful person who was able to graciously have the delivery address changed to their home. I received confirmation of the delivery by email (never experienced that with any florist here in the states) but more importantly, I received a call from my friend who was thrilled with the flowers.
