From what I could understand through my mothers sobbing yesterday, she had recieved the flowers, wine and chocolates. She tried her best to say thank you, but she was somewhat overcome with emotion so instead I listened to her sniff and cry a little more before she said she had to go off to hydrotherapy. She was calling my Italian mobile so she'll probably cry a little more when she get's the phone bill. I hadn't quite expected that reaction, but she's been waiting for two knee replacements for months and I guess she's a little fragile. Anyway, I know she feel super special and for helping me with that thank you. Anyway, between the sobs, she said that she was completely taken back by the way the flowers were presented (she said something about the box being huge and then I couldn't understand her- she's emailing a photo of them later. Feedback: I think a warning on your website and a complementary packet of tissues in the flowers wouldn't go a miss, what with the crying - albeit the good sort of crying. Thanks! Daniel

Hi, Just wanted to say how pleased we were with the flowers we ordered. My mum had asked me to pick some flowers to send for her dad who is very unwell at the moment. My mums' sister was with him when the flowers arrived and she said how very nice the flowers were, she said she wanted to know where they were from and that they were presented nicely too.
