From what I could understand through my mothers sobbing yesterday, she had recieved the flowers, wine and chocolates. Anyway, between the sobs, she said that she was completely taken back by the way the flowers were presented (she said something about the box being huge and then I couldn't understand her- she's emailing a photo of them later. Feedback: I think a warning on your website and a complementary packet of tissues in the flowers wouldn't go a miss, what with the crying - albeit the good sort of crying. Thanks! Daniel
