Hi 'Ruth" I sent your Arena bouquet to my father in the UK (I'm in Australia) after picking your website from quite a few. I can't recall exactly why I liked the look of your website - maybe the layout, and importantly because it looked like I could send flowers easily from Aus to UK. I sent them because I'd just heard that my lovely father had suffered a stroke on Sunday morning. I ordered them Monday night Australia time, and they were only able to be delivered to the hospital Wednesday, any time between 8-6, I think. They were actually delivered early afternoon, which I was happy about. I then got your email confirmation, which I appreciated. I then spoke to my dad today, and he raved about them. He was interested to know the types of flowers in the arrangement because some of them he didn't think he'd seen before. I read the description over the phone to him from the website. He said that not only were they bringing much pleasure to him, but they had been complimented on and admired by all his visiting friends and family. They're now with him at his partner's house, after being discharged yesterday. So, many many thanks. He seems truly delighted, which means everything to me (and why I'm bothering to write).
