Six months ago my company sent me on secondment to our Hong Kong office. Unfortunately, my girlfriend Sabrina was unable to join me due to her work commitments and consequently, we've had to spend this time apart. I wanted to constantly remind Sabrina how much I cared for her and how much I missed her and decided to send her red roses on a weekly basis starting with 22 (being the number of weeks we were apart) in the first week and then decreasing by one each week. I had used Arena for a couple of flower deliveries and always found the quality of your product to be of the highest standards. I contacted Jackie back in September and after a number of emails back and forth, we came up with a delivery schedule. I requested that a hand-writen message be sent with each delivery and also mentioned that I had lost a bet to Sabrina and requested that, if possible, a tube of toothpaste to be delivered each week with the flowers. Nothing was too much trouble for Jackie and she took time out of her busy day to purchase the toothpaste and to write the often long-winded messages for me by hand. Your roses are beautiful but it is Jackie's outstanding customer service and friendly nature that separates you from your competitors. I would have no hesitation in using Arena again and will happily recommend you to all of my family and friends.
