Dear Ruth and team, My last experience with ordering flowers on-line, resulted in the late delivery of a drab looking cardboard box which contained a quantity of rather average flowers, which I could only describe as a "Bouquet kit". The card was hand written I suspect by a five year old and my wife's name was incorrectly spelt. I was embarassed to have had them delivered to my wife at work. However, someone advised me that "Arena" were different and with some trepidation, I ordered "Red Sky At Night" to celebrate our fifteenth anniversary. I would like to thank you all so much, for the beautiful bouquet which arrived, on time, in a colourful, professional looking box and was without doubt exactly what I would wish to have received.
