Dear Arena Flowers Just wanted to say well done to the team on three points: 1. I think its great that you send a txt to say when you have delivered the flowers - what a sensible use of technology. I remember this from my last order and once again I find this very reassuring and efficient. I haven't experienced other companies that offer such a personal service. 2. My order was for an elderly couple and so I didn't want the flowers left on the front door step - a potential trip hazard. Also didn't want to advertise that the house was empty. You used your initiative and left the order at the back of the house, out of sight of the main road. Thank you for being so considerate. 3. Apparently the flowers were stored upright in an 'enormous' box that protected the bouquet perfectly. The recipients were most impressed. Of course they loved the flowers and other gifts too.
