It has always been hard to ensure flowers are delivered in England when you are ordering from Australia. Since I found Arena Flowers this has not been a problem. However you exceeded yourself on this last order. There had been a bereavment in the family in England and in my haste I entered the incorrect address. Once recognised I sent an email the following morning to hilight my error. Next we received an email showing the flowers had been delivered on time and to the right address.
