To whom it may concern: I am writing to say thank you very much for the superior service that I have received from Arena Flowers. Recently I ordered some flowers to be sent as a Get Well gift to my mother-in-law in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Before the flowers were due to be delivered, my mother-in-law was taken to hospital. Since no one would be at home to receive the flowers, my wife contacted Arena's Customer Service department to request that the delivery address be changed. This was done after the flowers were due to have been delivered. I was not optimistic that my mother-in-law would ever get the flowers. Well, I was wrong. Arena's Customer Service took the change in stride, changed the delivery address and got the flowers delivered to the new address just 24 hours after they were originally due to have been delivered. When she received the flowers, my mother-in-law was overjoyed. I have been to Uzbekistan several times, and I know that it is not always easy to do business there.
