Dear Arena Flowers I live in Vietnam at present, and on Monday I rang to see if you would deliver some flowers to my daughter. The lady I spoke to was friendly and courteous, while at the same time was very professional. I was very impressed. The following day I received a full confirmation of my order, including the message for my daughter. Then I received another email to tell me that the flowers had been delivered. I have never had such efficient, friendly, customer service before when ordering flower gifts so I just wanted to tell you how very, very, impressed I am.
