Mainland UK Flower Delivery - Same Day
Details: When there is no alternative, we may be able to offer an urgent, same day delivery service to all parts of the UK, where we relay an order through to a local florist. We only relay orders when we cannot fulfill the order with our own flowers and using our own drivers or distribution partner. We never relay flowers for Greater London delivery, as we can deliver same day within Greater London for orders taken up to 3.00pm (find out more about our London flower delivery here). We only use our vetted network of experienced florists for relay orders. Although in most instances we do not supply these florists with their flowers, we nonetheless guarantee excellent service or your money back. Please note that this service is only available over the telephone, so please call us and request this service if you require it.
Cut off times: The cut off time for our urgent same day relay service is 1.30pm on weekedays and 12.00 noon on Saturdays. This means you can still order flowers for delivery to the whole of the UK up until 1.30pm on weekdays (and up to 3.00pm for Central London flower delivery). If you are unsure which delivery region your delivery address is in, please either call our customer services team who will check for you, or use the post code checking tool in step 1 of our checkout flow.
Pricing: Our same day delivery relay charge is £9.99. This charge appears high but this is because our prices are significantly lower than those of almost all UK florists for the equivalent arrangement due to our sourcing our flowers directly off the auctions in Holland and cutting out all the middlemen. Also, our partner florists do not typically offer free delivery like us, and usually charge an extra £5 or so for that. So this £9.99 stops us losing money! We much prefer to send out our own flowers where we can though, as customers get a far better bouquet for a much better price, which makes us happy.
