Adobe is an ageless construction material used by numerous cultures from ancient times. It consists of a mixture of mud and straw, moulded into the shape of a brick and dried outdoors. Adobe's own cellars are partially built with this material. This wine was produced with organically grown grapes, based on the gentle care of the vineyard and a close relationship with the environment. Organic viticulture allows  us to achieve the maximum expression of our vineyards and Terroir.
