A big gold star to Arena Flowers for outstanding service.
Being halfway around the world and not quite sure of how to go about sending some birthday flowers to my daughter I chose to use Arena Flowers and I was not disappointed.
They rang me twice from London to assure me that all was well, confirmed my order by email, and then confirmed the delivery.
