Monthly Free Bouquet Competition Terms and Conditions
- To be eligible, you must enter a valid email address into the field on this page: http://www.arenaflowers.com/newsletter or leave the "Email Newsletter" check box in step 2.3 of our check out ticked when you make a purchase.
- The email address must be in our database at the time of the draw. If an email address has previously been entered into the database but has since unsubscribed from our newsletter, it will have been removed from our database and therefore will no longer be eligible for the draw.
- 1 winner will be chosen at random from our database every calendar month. This will usually be in the second half of the month although timing may vary.
- The winner will be contacted via the email address that they entered into the database.
- Each email address will only count as one entry into the competition.
- If we do not hear back from the winner within 7 days, we will redraw to select a new winner. The original winner will not be able to claim a prize once a new winner has been chosen.
- The winner can choose any bouquet / product on the site. Arena Flowers will cover the first £50 of the cost (including delivery). For example if:
- a £34.99 bouquet is chosen with a £4.99 delivery charge (total price: £39.98), the full £39.98 cost will be covered by Arena Flowers.
- a £59.99 bouquet is chosen with a £4.99 delivery charge (total price: £64.98), Arena Flowers will cover £50.00 of the cost and the winner will have to pay an additional £14.98.
- The bouquet must be sent to an address that Arena Flowers can deliver to (mainland UK only). Normal delivery charges will apply. Please see here for our flower delivery policies for full details of our delivery regions and charges.
- The winner must send the bouquet within 30 calendar days of being contacted by Arena Flowers. We will give instructions on how to redeem the prize when we contact the winner.
- We will announce the winner of each month’s prize in our monthly newsletter. The winner must waive the right to anonymity as a condition of claiming the prize.
We reserve the right to remove entries we believe to be suspicious or duplicitous in any way.
- We reserve the right to change the rules of the competition at any stage.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate this competition at any time.
